We embrace a hybrid work environment. Within this role, you would work 2 days per week ( Wednesday and Thursday) in our London office and the remaining days at home. Within this role you can work remotely from anywhere in the UK. Within this role you will be required to work from our London office full-time.

Seize the dynamic opportunity as a Principal Product Manager, taking charge of the game economy and business forecasting. Your mission is to align the product team on strategic opportunities, shaping the future of gaming excellence at Natural Motion/Zynga.

Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Business Forecasting: Develop revenue forecasts for short-term milestones and long-term business planning, contributing to the overall P&L strategy.

Economic Modeling: Utilize economic modeling techniques to shape the game's Economy, applying insights derived from live data.

Backlog Management and Impact Assessment: Evaluate the backlog's appropriateness to support business goals and assess the impact of each new release on key performance indicators (KPIs).

User Acquisition Strategy Evaluation: Assess the performance of the User Acquisition strategy, collaborating to positively influence the top of the funnel.

Collaborative Culture Building: Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the product team. Encourage the sharing of ideas and best practices to enhance team collaboration.

Growth and Partnerships: Evaluate business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansions to drive product growth.

Gaming Landscape Insights: Provide valuable insights on emerging technologies, gaming trends, and player preferences that could impact the mobile gaming landscape.

Desirable Experience & Skills

  • Proven Product Management expertise in free-to-play game development.
  • Previous experience in balancing and modeling free-to-play game economies.
  • Exceptional proficiency in data analysis, complemented by advanced skills in Excel and SQL.
  • Robust organizational and analytical capabilities, coupled with an unwavering attention to detail.
  • Ability to provide clear direction, establish measurable goals, and offer insights into industry trends.
